Name of a Surah is incorrect in one of your apps
Multiple Surahs in Quran have multiple names. For example, Surah Isra is also called Surah Bani Israel. Surah Massad is also called Surah Lahab as well as Surah Tabbat. Surah At-Tauba is also called Surah Baraa. Similarly, Suran Al-Insaan is also called Surah Ad-Dahar.
My iOS (iPad or iPhone) app crashes on launch. It does not open at all
This usually happens the first time an app is launched after an update. Please try reinstalling the app. Also, try turn off iCloud for your app by going to the settings app. Then find the name of the app by scrolling down and set the ‘iCloud Sync’ option to off. If the problem persists, please contact us using the form below.
I have purchase one of your android apps before. I formatted by phone or got a new one and downloaded the app again from the android market. I cannot find a place to enter the key. Do I have to buy a new key?
No. Once you buy an app from us, you do not have to buy it again and all future updates are free for you. If you bought one of our android apps and formatted your phone or got a new phone, please re-download the full version of the app from the link provided in the email sent to you when you purchased the app. You will be able to enter you key in the full version. If you lost that link, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
How can I enter the key in an Android Quran app
The key cannot be entered in the Demo version that is downloaded from Google Play. The key can only be entered in the full version of the app. The link to download the full version is sent to you in an activation email once you complete your purchase.
Do you plan to release 16 Line Quran for Android devices?
